The challenge of identity across multiple wallets
Critical Question
If a single user controls wallets A, B, and C, and an ad is shown to wallet A, is the advertising network intelligent enough to track conversions coming from wallets B and C? Having cross-wallet clustering or deduplication in place has a major impact on how accurate conversion tracking and billing are.
Without some form of cross-wallet awareness, a conversion may be missed entirely — or worse, counted multiple times across different wallets. In outcome-based pricing models, without cross-wallet awareness, advertisers may pay multiple times for what is effectively one user.
